Lil' Rescue "Mo" Needs HELP ❤

Miss Mo is a 1 year old husky who started her life in California and came to PA last week. She was bounced around to a few different homes prior to coming to rescue via Pawluver/Wheels 4 Paws because she couldn't seem to get the hang of potty training, or possibly had a problem with "submissive urinating" or a UTI.
Mo's PA foster quickly realized that Mo didn't have behavioral urination problems, She leaked urine constantly. Also, she was treated for a UTI with no improvement.
After consulting with a new vet it is suspected that Mo has "ectopic ureter." It means that the ureter between her kidney and bladder doesn't connect to the bladder.
The only way to diagnose this is with a test called an "excretory CT scan." This will confirm her condition and also indicate what type of surgery will be needed to correct it. Unfortunately, this is a test that costs $1200 -$1500 at a specialty facility. We need help raising the funds to get Mo this test and then pursue treatment. Her doggy diapers are cute and all, but she's not a fan of them at all. Her fur is stained yellow and she will reak of urine unless this is addressed. Her foster must change her every few hours (unless she rips them off herself...which she does) and she needs bathing often (she isn't really thrilled about that either)
No amount too small... all funds will go to her treatment, as well as continuing to provide diapers and hygiene products to keep Mo clean. A second procedure is anticipated and is estimated up to $3500.
We are still calling for pricing but HOPE Veterinarian in Malvern, PA seems the best choice this far.
