"Light The Way" for Flint Kids

Hi and thank you for visiting!  My name is Free Dominguez.  I am a musician, singer/songwriter, with 12 albums under my belt, as well as numerous collaborations, and multiple soundtracks (TV, film, video games).  

This summer, I wrote a song late on a Saturday night in my living room, "Light The Way." You can WATCH HERE  a video of me writing and playing it that night.  I thought--why not use the song to keep awareness alive, and send some funds to Flint Kids ?   I spoke to my dear friend, Alain Johannes, about it, and he offered to produce it.  The song is being released in conjunction with "Music Has No Enemies ," which is a fantastic organization that creates unity through music, focusing on socially conscious issues. 

SO! Get a song, and ALL proceeds (after GoFundMe's fees 7.9% plus .30 cents per transaction) go to Flint Kids.   Suggested Contribution:  $2.49 gets $2 to Flint Kids.  *Downloads will be sent at the end of each day. 

We can't forget about those in Flint, who trusted that their basic need of water would be free of poison.  The children of Flint will need lifetime care.  I think of these children and their developing brains and bodies, and it regularly weighs heavy on my heart. FLINT WATER IS STILL UNSAFE TO DRINK.  All rectifications seem to be moving at a snail's pace.

The safety of American drinking water becoming more and more of an issue, Flint is not the only place with lead in their water.  My hope is we can come together as a community, and the rest will catch up. 

If there's one thing I've come to realize more than ever over this past year, is that WE ALL NEED EACH OTHER.  It's #UpToUs.
