Life-Saving Surgery for MIA

Hey everybody, I'm Nicola and this beautiful dog is mia,
Mia was my mother's dog and she unexpectedly lost her journey a few months after she brung Mia home. Mia is a big lovable baby and whoever meets her falls inlove with her.
My life changed dramatically when my mother passed away as I became homeless with her and was told to give her away but she was the only thing I had left of my mother.
Mia was born with luxuating patella in both her back knees/legs and has a bad case of arthritis, due to the pre exsisting injury I couldnt start pet insurance or couldn't be accepted for vetpay as i cant leave her to work as her legs are getting worse and worse and she's struggling to walk.
The surgery is incredibly expensive and I'm asking for any kind of help as her health is getting worse and the vet has mentioned she won't live for long. I cannot bare to loose her.
