Fighting ALS without resources

Hi, first and foremost I am a firm believer in Christ Jesus. In life's journey people are superficial @best laying claims to tangible and not spiritual and money is king. My name is Brian Martin Grate and I have ALS and severe axonal polyneuropathy. I have tried all natural products and even stemcell therapy and after everything I had three trips to the ER with kidney stones and the ALS and severe axonal polyneuropathy and severe nerve pain is present in my arms, my feet, ankles, shins and knees. Both hands are clawed from the nerve damage. Eating is a challenge and my Dr assured me that I eventually won't be able to swallow, muscle spasms are present, pain medication does little to help all of the above. Also, the pain medication troubles my breathing and thinking a bit. I can no longer speak or walk but I can still text slowly. Won't you help me get to Fort Lauderdale Florida to have the best chance of fighting and eliminating symptoms of this demonic virus?
