Lifeboat Coffee Store No1

We are building a Community Coffee House in Phoenix, Arizona, for the People Who Love Life! Our store is located at one of the top-five busiest intersections in the city on the northwest corner, (morning traffic moves south past this location), which sees approximately 33,000 cars per day! We are excited to be in construction and need your help to finish building concrete countertops, purchase coffee equipment & fixtures and put down a tile floor!

     We started the coffee house design in mid-July of 2016 and we approved from remodel and construction by the City of Phoenix in late August of 2016; after initially taking an old dress shop apart during demolition, we began construction at the end of August and have built all new underground plumbing systems to accommodate a full-service coffee facility. We took apart the old restroom to bring everything up to code and have a new spacious ADA compliant restroom and seven new sinks, including a floor sink, a triple sink, a utility sink and a mop sink too!  All of our framing, plumbing and mechanical systems are now built and in place. We even brought in a new utility, adding natural gas to the facility, where there was none!  With these systems in place, we are now drywalling and finishing the walls and are excited to take the next steps with you!

   With the monies we raise, we will dig the trench for the gas line to be brought in by the utility; we'll purchase and install stainless steel sinks -- five of them! We will purchase a new espresso machine and gently used coffee brewers and espresso grinders.  We will also buy a cooler and some items for the display cases.  Lastly, we will paint and finish the floor with lovely ceramic tiles!

     We need the funds immediately to continue construction and to finish!

     We have Human First policy, meaning that we will refuse no one who asks for a great water or coffee, regardless of their address or ability to pay! 

     We started Lifeboat Coffee three years ago online to bring amazing coffees in 1lb bags to homes across America while providing 10% Cash Back to groups that Love Life! Our coffees support women, the unborn, the elderly, the disabled and the infirm! Our coffees are ultra-premium and affordable!
