My name is Michael (Mike) Eastridge. I live in Yuba City California and I am the club Secretary for the Live Oak California Lions Club. We have a young lady, by the name of Kimber Lee, who is a member of our Lion's LEO club. She has been diagnosed with a cyst on her brain and other ailments for which her write up below will elaborate. Donations to this account will help pay for medications, medical devices, travel, hotel, food costs for her, her mother Kara Lee and our Lion's President Jason Banks. Our Lions Club is located in Northern California. Kimber's surgeons and hospital are located in San Deigo California. The donations to this account will be directly deposited to the Living Trust Of Kimber Lee set up in US Bank. The trustees for this account are Jacqueline L Griffin of Live Oak CA and Kimber's Mother Kara Lee, also from Live Oak CA. She needs an operation now. Please read below as I attached her own wording.

A little more information. Kimber's father is a fellow brother Lion member. James Lee is a 19 year United States Army veteran. James served 4 tours in Iraq and earned a combat action badge when his vehicle was struck by an IED and was attacked by small arms fire. Last year, James was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer which spread to his brain and his lungs. James is valiantly fighting his battle to this day. Kimber loves her father very much. This year has been a hard fought onslot for her and her family.
Please help her lessen that load. The Live Oak Lions Club is backing her with our support. I have attached below our facebook page, mailing address and our tax ID if you would like to investigate our club.
