At Zenerjen we share our stories of our lives to inspire people through horses. Jen Zoë rarely shares her intimate life in the moment when she's going through it because she doesn't want to seem as if it is a complaint or question faith that the Universe will provide for her soul's purpose that she will rise and thrive.
This time though, Zenerjen and Jen got his below the belt in a way they were not prepared for and it's directly affecting the horses and the people they help and now she need yours.
She says, "Frankly, I am angry that people think they can do this, especially when Zenerjen is just on the horizon of growth and serving people and rescued horses at the next level. But I'm not going to let that stop our mission. Help us bring more people out here and let people that take, help us turn the other cheek and give."
Recently Jen Zoë woke up to find a huge deficit and negative balance in the bank from people that had hacked into and stolen from her for things like: Uber rides (one was over $245.00!), Airbnb stays and other recreational expenses that took from the money earmarked for food and hay for the horses as well as veterinary care, not to mention Jen being affected personally and emotionally. In this day of digital and ease of information, hacking can grab just about anyone unaware, but it's not right and what happened needs to be rectified, that's where she and the horses need your help now!
If you don't know Jen Zoë, she is a fighter, a champion and a survivor. In 2013 she discovered through a Facebook message that her ex husband was a stealing the money they had been living, leaving her lost and seemingly without hope. Although left without a home, she has leveraged her personal struggles to serve others through the rescued horses that have made their way to Zenerjen.
And now, her and the horses of Zenerjen have been knocked down again, taken from by people that have no right the the fruits of her efforts. But we are not stopping now in our efforts to raise money to bring veterans and women out to engage with the beautiful rescued horses of Zenerjen and experience something peaceful and unique.
We hope you will help us and share this message with as many people as possible. Account hacking is NOT a victimless crime, let's help Jen Zoë and the horses get back up and keep their momentum to help others.
She has committed as a pay it forward to bring groups of veterans out to interact with the horses the moment the GoFundMe has hit it's goal so each one of our service men and women that need it can experience the therapeutic environment at Zenerjen and have a transformative and interactive experience with horses.
