Reenact Lost Hikers Excursion On Maui

I’m willing to spend time and effort to go to Maui(one island over) and do a social experiment which would cover the exact route the “lost” hiker went to show she had to have chose to be there and wasn’t lost, stuck in a flash flood, or in danger in anyway shape or form. Hiker states she took a nap on a trail she regularly visits and awoke disoriented from her spiritual journey, listened to voices she heard in her head which apparently tried to kill her then ended up at a double waterfall while eating guava and berries for 2 weeks after a flash flood took her shoes which she said she took off to dry and also didn’t leave any dirt whatsoever on her clothing. She then states she hid out in a boars den. I’m willing to enter the trail from where she parked and will stay at the place she was at while timing and even crawling in each direction to show how long it would actually have taken to reach rescue and look for leftover traces of debris to match her story. I firmly believe this woman chose to go where she went, the boyfriend knew where she was going and she willingly stayed there without attempting to help herself get rescue. I would do this excursion in shorts with no shoes and would not bring a blade or fire starter. Go pro footage would be used .
Anybody that truly believe this embellished story should have no problem having someone show first hand what the actual terrain and wildlife situation is as well as see the trails which could’ve been used .
If in fact the hiker isn’t making up a story this would let known the exact details pertaining to the area and if someone had no issues donating to her 77k goal, then donating towards a 10k goal to get truth shouldn’t be too hard of a feat to accomplish.
This hiker with experience on the trail she regularly ran on and with shoes should be a definite one up to me doing this excursion with even less.

For those of you that want to comment your professional opinion or vent because you’re a yoga teach in Maui , realize this is a post meant for those of you who think giving money to stranger because of bad decisions they made and or backing up a embellished story helps the community you’re a joke. There is currently another lost hiker and I don’t see any empathy from the woman with the 77k go fund me making attempts to help another “lost” person.
The boyfriend is a self proclaimed shaman. Shes previously known to dabble with psychotropic things. She had a bad trip, hid from rescue, hung out in or under rocks and wasnt visible for heat detection from above. The go fund me was set up a day before she went missing. This whole story is a farce.
Willing to prove rescue could’ve been reached instead of “meditating” within 2 weeks.
