Let's Kick this Cancer's Ass

Traditional cancer treatments like surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy do not always work, nor are they always the best option for everyone. My lovely wife, Suzanne, has already successfully beaten two completely different cancers over the last 10-years and now looks like we will have to start battling again.
Last Friday, Suzanne went to urgent care because of shoulder pain. She was sent to the ER after an X-Ray revealed that she had accumulated fluid on her lungs. They did another X-ray and a CT scan, then admitted her and kept her overnight to remove the fluid. On Saturday morning, the doctor told us the CT showed nodules on her lungs and liver. Given her history of cancer, the doctor's words were, "fluid on the lungs is bad."
She has already had the most intense "medical" treatments (surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy) the last two times and does not want to put her body (or soul) through chemo for a third time. And since we aren't completely sure of the nature of the beast this time, we must commence battle quickly and in earnest.
We are seeking out alternative therapies including experimental and immunotherapies at clinics around the world that do not qualify for our insurance. While we have some resources and we would normally suck it up and put costs on our credit cards, etc. this time, we need all the resources we can get to help win this war (and we are also paying college tuition/living expenses for one daughter, too)...
Since we are not really "cap in hand" kind of people, we totally understand if you just want to share our fundraiser with your friends/networks, so that we can raise the funds to help us pay our way through these treatments.
Together, we can beat the crap out of this...
