Lets help Richy keep fighting
Richard Rivera’s life took a drastic turn about five months ago when he was viciously attacked, and left unconscious. Its been a long, heart breaking five months constantly unsure whether or not he would make it to the next day. Massachusetts General hospital has done an exceptional job at doing everything possible to maintain Richy alive and for that we are beyond grateful. Unfortunately, Richys’ stay is coming to an end due to the allotment of the insurance coverage and this is where we reach out and ask that any friends, family or anyone who has been touched by his story to please help Richy continue his fight and recovery outside of those hospital walls. Nothing has gotten back to normal and he is still fighting with every little bit of strength he has left to gain himself back. His recovery will require medical attention outside of the hospital, speech therapists, physical therapy ,wheel chair, and proper disability accommodations for his home all of which we ask to help raise funds to make this possible for him. In addition to the medical attention necessary, Richy also lost a substantial amount of weight in which his clothing no longer fits and we are also asking to raise funding to get him clothes that will fit his new size. If anyone has clothing they no longer fit or are getting rid of we are greatful for that, just contact me for sizing. Any and everything will help and is greatly appreciated, so we are asking if we can all just please come together and help Richy continue his fight. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
