Let’s do it for Luke

This is my nephew Luke. He is almost 13 years old and up until recently had been living the life of any 12 year old boy. He has a younger sister Zara who is 9 and a younger brother Joshua who is 6. 
Luke began to experience what we initially thought were migraines some time after Christmas. They would mainly happen first thing in the morning and be followed by severe vomiting.
It was discovered on the 17th  of April after an MRI that Luke had a brain tumour which would need urgent surgery. On the 19th of April Luke had the surgery to remove the tumour. He will require further treatment which is to be decided.
