On Sunday October 13, 2019, Letty and her family attended Sunday service and had lunch.  Letty had been suffering from a migraine. When they arrived home she took a nap. Later that evening, they had a family gathering were she was laughing and joking.  Suddenly, she approached her husband (Jedver) and told him that she couldn’t hear him, and kept expressing how horrible her migraine was. She was rushed to a local hospital by her family and just before arriving; her last words to her husband were “pray for me”.  She arrived to the hospital unconscious and was immediately airlifted to Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, where she was admitted.

The Doctor’s determined that she had suffered from a hemorrhage stroke.  She was diagnosed with a rare, congenital condition called arteriovenous malformation (AVM). This condition causes the brain’s blood vessels to get tangled and rupture. Letty suffered a second stroke on Monday, November 4, 2019.  She has sustained serious brain injury and is currently in a coma fighting for her life. Letty is currently being cared for by her husband Jedver, her daughters Diana, Valerie, and son Nathan.

Letty and her family had just relocated to Arizona a week prior to the devastating incident.  Unfortunately, the family didn’t have an opportunity to settle in nor was Jedver able to seek employment. The medical and daily expenses are adding up while they attend to Letty’s medical needs.

We know it is not easy to ask for help, however; in times like this we must unite and support the Lopez family.  Your donations will levitate the family’s financial burden they are facing.   This is a life-altering situation, and we all know the medical expenses for her long term recovery will soon seem insurmountable.

Whether or not you’re able to make a donation, please consider sharing this fundraiser outward within your community at hand. Please continue keeping her and her family in your prayers. God bless you
