Help for my Nicklaus

I am writing to ask help for my baby Nicklaus. His a 4years old Shih tzu and was diagnosed with Liver Disease called Hepatic encephalopathy.
( Hepatic encephalopathy refers to a collection of neurologic signs that occur in pets with liver disease and includes seizures, disorientation, depression, head pressing, blindness, or personality changes.)
He got sick last July 19, 2018, One day he was just drooling and unable to stand and walk while his tongue was hanging. He was rushed to a nearby vet by our cousin who's is looking after him. He was given medication and they drew some blood for more test. we were told that he has liver infection. so the vet's provided set of medication and different Diet for his recovery. After 2 days with dextrose and continuous medication he was able to recover. It was a sigh of relief.
Months passed and with continuous medication he went back to normal, Until last Dec 8, 2018, he started to show same symptoms. Again he was rushed to the Vet's clinic and was on IV for his medication. The Vet ran more test on him and was advised to continue his medications. Again our cousin took him home and religiously give Nicklaus his medication as advised by the vet's. We thought everything will be okay and he will be on his road to recovery until Just last night we received an overseas call from our cousin that Nicklaus is not doing fine. He started to drool again, pacing back and forth and this time you could hear him cry in pain. His chest is a bit enlarge due to water retention. He was rushed to Animal Clinic in Makati, and was advised that he needs to be admitted for close monitoring. we were informed that he needs aggressive treatment for his Liver in order to save whats left of it.
I am knocking into your kind hearts to help me save Nicklaus, Our bills are pilling up slowly and he still needs continuous medication. He is currently at the Animal House clinic under Dr. George Longa 's care.
