Hello,
Following an emergency extraction of a dead molar this time last year, my Dentist and Oral Surgeon found that I had four (4) impacted wisdom teeth. As this molar hasn't yet been replaced, two (2) of these teeth are currently threatening to cause permanent damage to my teeth and the underlying bone, and one of them is coming up through my gumline in a pretty unpleasant way!
As shown in the attached photo, I have a battery of extractions planned for Nov 19th of this year, just under a month away at the time of writing, wherein the fourth tooth will be left in place to avoid potential [permanent] nerve damage. The attached photo also shows the out of pocket cost for this, a hefty $1,260.
This sum, which does need to be paid up front at the date of service, is also quite close to what I have in savings; In the interest of not depleting my entire safety net, or requiring me to take some sort of loan, I'm reaching out to my community at large to source the funds for the absolutely necessary procedure. If these extractions cannot or do not happen, the trajectory of my continued oral and general health will be put into serious jeopardy.
