3 Angels lost their Mommy! RIP Shameka Gross

Hoping everyone enjoyed the holiday with their families- we all have so much to be thankful for.

For Asia (15), Nya (13), and Andre (9), everything about yesterday was different. They started a new day without their Mommy, Shameka Gross. And today their grandma, Janice Gross will begin the preparations for her last living child and only daughter. 

If you can find it in your heart to help ease this family's burden, it would be greatly appreciated.

Shameka Gross was one of the hardest working moms I've ever seen. Just meeting her and you knew how much she adored her children and that leaving them was the furthest from her mind. Although she wasnt feeling her best - she was on her way to yet another job to provide for her kids when God called her home. 

Tomorrow isn't promised so please hug your families tighter.

Shameka Gross was called home to be with the Lord at the age of 34 and left 3 beautiful children without a mommy.  The family is quite devastated and heartbroken. Anything you can spare will go directly to the children. The goal started as a way to save Christmas, but it became apparent that they will need far more support going forward. Although nothing will ever replace their mom, our intention is to offer our help as a community.
It takes a village.
