Let's help Colton get back to being a kid

Jeff Johnston has been playing softball in Fairfield for over a decade.  He has been a mainstay at shortstop for the Bombers on Tuesday and Thursday night.  Recently, Jeff's 5 year old son, Colton, was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.  Jeff and his family (wife Tara, daughter Parker Rose, and 2 month old Ryder) have relocated to Boston so that Colton can receive the best treatment possible.  Colton is currently residing at Boston Children’s Hospital and has responded well to his first few treatments.  That being said, there is a long road ahead.  

Just as we did for Jimmy Stanek when he was battling cancer, let's come together as a community and support this beautiful family.  Every little bit helps.  As a father of 3, I can't imagine the horror of receiving this terrible news.  Let's do all we can to help!
