Let's come together for Lauren, Trevor, and Tessa

It takes a village. Lauren & Trevor welcomed a beautiful baby girl earthside just a few weeks ago, and things were hectic, but going well. Lauren wasn't feeling well and had some chest pain, and after a few tests, it was confirmed that she had Non-Hodgkin's B-cell lymphoma, and that a mass had developed behind her rib cage, pressing against her heart. If you've ever had kids, please try to remember how crazy life gets with a newborn. Compound that with a completely unexpected diagnosis and immediate treatment necessary. Throw your entire life for a loop. That's what Lauren and Trevor have persevered through thus far, and they could use a little break. We are hoping to help them out with everything we can; Trevor had planned to return to work after paternity leave, but with Lauren's treatment obligations, it looks like the plan has encountered a bump in the road. We are teaming up with Red Dirt Coffee House to accept any and all donations; diapers, formula, meals, clothes, everything that can make this journey easier for mama, and can alleviate some stress for this beautiful new family. Newborns are demanding, cancer is terrifying, and life is complicated. We are teaming up to show Lauren & Trevor & Tessa that our village can pull together to give them some peace of mind and some strength to help see them through treatment, recovery, and parenting.
