Let Them Be Little House Fire

On Thursday night, my friend's family was startled by the smoke detector going off in their home. Within seconds, the house filled with smoke. Everyone's first concern was saving the animals. We all received messages of a fire and rushed over with traps,cages,carriers and crates to get the fur babies out. We were able to save them all, but a family member received severe burns to the upper body, making sure that all made it out safely. Thank you to all of the first responders for everything and to our support team for responding so quickly. The family, friends and animals saved are forever grateful. They are unable to live in the home during the cleanup and repairs. This will be a difficult recovery for them but we will get them there, with the help and support of our families, friends and the community that they so selflessly give back to, day in and day out, to help the animals in need.... Please keep Let them be little in your thoughts as we prepare for an early kitten season at the same time. Every bit helps, whether it be monetary donations, pet foods/supplies, shares,prayers and/or good thoughts and healing vibes... it ALL adds up!
