Let simon finally get his license

Simon has been meaning to get his license since forever, and although initiative is part of the issue in not fulfilling his wish to be a legal driver, the thing also costs a fair amount of money in the Netherlands. You CAN transfer a Dutch license to Australian, unfortunately not the other way. I thought it would be nice as a birthday present to see how much money I could get together.
