Greetings:
We the men of Kappa Alpha Psi, from Purdue University, Spring of 1996 are requesting support for our brother, Lendell Smith, and his family.
On Oct 1st Lendell had a massive stroke and was taken to Methodist Southlake Hospital (8701 Broadway, Merrillville IN 46410). He has fluid on the brain and is currently paralyzed on his right side. He is on both a breathing machine and a feeding tube.
His mother (Ms Linda Smith) is a single mother and she needs our support. She is currently missing many days of work as she cares for her only son. All funds raised will go directly to Ms. Smith to help her and Lendell as they deal with this medical emergency.
We are asking for your thoughts, prayers and support! No amount is too little - many hands make light work.
