Lou Olesky has dedicated countless hours helping, encouraging and coaching up and coming short track iRacers. He's given away countless Top Quality set-ups all at no charge to anyone willing to put in the time. this all in between moderating with the iRacing eSports Network and being active in assembling the Late Model Official Schedule as we race it Each Season.
Unfortunately, Bad things can happen to good people. Lou's house Burned down on May 5th 2019. Leaving Lou and His family to start from scratch as nothing was salvageable. But since Lou has Helped so many people as individuals and the General iRacing community itself, I think it is a good opportunity for us to pay him back.
The RodgersA51 YouTube Channel and Discord will be hosting a Charity race to help raise money to Help cover Lou's out of pocket expenses. There is so Insurance does not cover in a loss like this, and unless you remember each solitary item you own, and can prove that you owned them, things are missed or not replaced. When rebuilding a home insurance does not cover bringing the new structure up to code which can be extremely expensive.
To Help our Friend and Mentor we ask a $15 dollar donation which will also grant you entry to the Charity Race to be held on 6/14/19. Please visit the RodgersA51 YouTube Channel and Discord for details as the exact details will be finalized as we gauge interest and participation numbers and race day draws closer.
FORMAT SUBJECT TO CHANGE
At this time a 64 car heat race format at Talladega in the A-Car will be the setting with a MINIMUM $200 prize pool to pay out the top finishers
The top 4 donors will lock themselves into the feature and start on the front two rows.
