LEJOG Challenge for MyAware
Tax deductible
In November 2018 my husband woke up with Double Vision., Droopy Eyelids and the first thought doctors had was a stroke... This was the day our lives changed. From that day he had lots of tests, hospital and doctors appointments and was baffled on why this was happening to my husband Terry. It was only back in July 2019 we finally had an appointment with Neurological Doctoring Yeovil Hospital.. This is when we was told you have Myasthenia. What is that? We never heard of it until that moment.
Basically its a Neuromuscular condition that is rare and the signal from your brain does not get through to you muscles.. it’s not curable at the moment but it’s manageable. You now have to adapt your life to this illness.
Therefore I’m cycling the length of Britain to raise monies for MyAware and also a raise the awareness of this condition.
Thank you you for your support means a lot
