Legal help for Megan

I was involved in a traffic incident on January 31st, for which I now have to pursue legal action. I am a single mom of two and I'm doing the best just to make enough money to pay my bills. I had no insurance at the time of the incident and found out that I also had a suspended license. I need to get my license fixed and get insured so that I have my vehicle to get to and from work, and I need to be able to cover the costs of the lawyer to defend the tickets I received, but I have no savings and no extra money to afford to take care of this. Please, if you can help at all, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, if you know any lawyers who would be willing to defend me against someone that I believe to be scamming me, I need their help. I am near the end of the 30 days and this is my last resort.
