Spice! Leadership camp helps preteen girls* discover their leadership potential. You can help us give this opportunity to a deserving child.
A person's future should be determined by their talents, dreams and hard work - not their gender. But every day, girls see and hear harmful messages about their looks, their voices, their behaviour and their ambitions - all of which discourage them from speaking up and taking charge.
Girls are the leaders of tomorrow. Spice! Leadership helps them learn to take their place in the world.
Spice! Leadership summer day camps help girls aged 10 to 14 build the confidence, critical thinking and communication skills they need to become the leaders they were born to be.
Our first camp, in July 2018, was a huge hit with both campers and parents, and we want to bring that magic to even more families in 2019.
But we need your help! Your donations will help us provide a high-quality camp experience at an affordable cost. They will also help us:
- provide bursaries to families who otherwise could not afford to send their kids to camp;
- provide necessary supports for youth with disabilities; and
- do outreach to make sure that our campers represent the full diversity of our community.

*This camp is a safe space for LGBTQ2+ youth, and welcomes all feminine-identified, non-binary, Two Spirit and gender diverse youth aged 10 to 14.
