Ultra V Theatre Company is raising funds for their second annual Fringe show, LAVENDER LIFE, to be presented in the 2019 Philadelphia Fringe Festival!
The $1500 raised will benefit all of the artists working on making this poignant and timely piece and will be put towards production costs including our performance space, costumes, lighting, props, scenery, etc. Donations of all sizes are welcomed and appreciated. We are so grateful to have supporters both backing our productions and in our audiences!
About our show:
Slip into the Lavender Lounge, a 1930's speakeasy where the underground LGBTQ+ community comes together in search of strength amidst the rise of fascism. Come as you are and BYOB as the music of the era tells the story of a community whose spirits cannot be broken, where everyone can be themselves for a little while.
LAVENDER LIFE is a devised work directed by Molly Jo with Music Direction by Kylie Westerbeck.
