Laura's Dental Care Needs

I'm tired of seeing her cry in pain because she needs what were described to me as Mouth guards that gently push on the teeth from inside the mouth to widen the jaw in order to make room for the adult teeth to come in. 
 
She has no room in her mouth for the adult teeth to come in and medicaid wont even consider covering braces until all of the adult teeth are in.

Meanwhile she says she can't eat certain things due to pain. Complains that her teeth hurt from teeth pushing on other teeth, can't floss between her teeth without pain and the teeth are beginning to pop through the gums wherever they can, which are causing sores in her mouth and making it difficult for her to brush her teeth.
My heart aches for her. Please help her.

We live on 1600-1800 per month for a household of 5. She needs help.

I DIDN'T REALLY KNOW HOW MUCH TO ASK FOR. The Dentist told me these mouth guard things that push on the inside of the jaw to widen the jaw are 1500 each time they have to adjust them.  To my knowlege those aren't braces.

We don't get public assistance and don't want to have to depend on cash assistance to pay our bills.
