My daughter was murdered on February 18th leaving behind four sons.
Four beautiful boys lost their mother. Their mother, a victim of domestic violence, was senselessly and brutally murdered by her companion. No words are adequate to relieve the sadness, the numbness, the pain, the anger these boys feel upon the loss of their mother. They will have to face the uncertainties and challenges of moving ahead on the road of life without the love, guidance and support of a mother.
Their mother worked very hard to provide for her children but still did not have much in terms of monetary wealth and assets. Her life followed a rocky winding road which was well masked by her bubbly, outgoing personality and love of life. The boys are at different points of life. The oldest is at the start of a career. The second and third are working their way through a college education. The youngest will be graduating high school this year and plans to go on to college. The boys have the support of a loving family but their own financial resources are sparse. The boys need to move past this horrendous period of their lives and need some resources to help them secure a future.
