Last bit needed to get back to work

When I was 23, I started a business from scratch, and soon became a capable and experienced businessman, with enough money to pay the bills and then some! Over the next ten years, I grew it into something I could truly be proud of. Then, suddenly, I went from otherwise healthy to congestive heart failure. It turns out I had a pre-existing condition caused by an enlarged heart. I was going to have to take months off the business to get a procedure (a catheter ablation) and give my heart time to rest and heal. This would have spelled the end of my business, so I had to sell it fast and cheap while it was still worth anything. I'm fully recovered from my health issues, but I'm unemployed in an economy where jobs definitely don't grow on trees, and I've had to use the money from the sale to pay the bills and eat. Now, since I was a child, I've wanted to own a bookstore...even in today's world of wondrous technology, I know that many people still love the feel of a book in their hands, the smell of old pages...I know that printed books still have a place in our world. Now it turns out that a highly successful used bookstore in my area is for sale - and it happens to be my favorite store! But I'm not just a dreamer...I'm an experienced businessman. I've done all the research and confirmed that it is a profitable venture - one that could set me and my family up for life, with my hard work and dedication. It'll never make me rich, but it will make me secure...and I'd rather be happy and slightly broke than have nothing except money. With my savings and a few loans, and with the money this campaign has raised, I'm only $2,000 away from being able to buy my dream job!
