Lamberta's kidney transplant

Dear Family and Friends,

I want to introduce to you Lamberta Hansen, a 29 year old young woman who is married with a one-year-old son. A year ago, Lamberta was diagnosed with hypertension during child birth. Her blood pressure raised to a very high level that she ended up with Kidney failure.  Lamberta then had to go on dialysis for survival.  This treatment in Ghana is very costly, and Lamberta has been soliciting funding for this treatment with great difficulty at the present time.  She cannot imagine how she will cope with the situation for the rest of her life as she is only 29.

On behalf of Lamberta and her family we are appealing for funds to be able to send her and a donor from Ghana to India for a kidney transplant and after-care services.  We are hoping to be able to raise £50,000 for this journey and treatment.
