Help Lakshmi recover $$ from loss

Hi friends of Lakshmi,

So.... the other day our dear Lakshmi had her purse stolen and, unfortunately, it was a very big hit.  She lost over $650 in cash, a new-ish iPhone, nice wallet, beautiful leather purse, IDs, reading glasses and other things....  totalling around $2000 in losses.  :-(
