My name is LaKeisha S. Cox. I am a second year, Acting Major at Howard University hailing from the East of St. Louis, a small town known as Madison, IL.
As a part of my training at Howard, I have learned that an actor never stops working. Thus, I have dedicated my summers to developing my craft. Last summer, I participated in the Debbie Allen Dance Academy in Los Angeles, CA. This summer, I will study at the Maggie Flanigan Studio in New York City, NY with a concentration on the Meisner (Acting) Technique.
And I need your help!
I am raising money to help pay for the following:
Travel
Tuition (Acting, Voice & Movement)
Housing
