Kyle's Kourage

No one should have to go bankrupt to be healthy!

Kyle was a healthy, active kid who was born and raised in the mountains of North Carolina with his brother and parents. He went to school, went hunting  and fishing, and worked on cars.

In 2004, shortly after Kyle turned 17, he was diagnosed with a rare kidney disease called MPGN Type II  that caused him to have to have dialysis for a year before he eventually got a kidney transplant in 2008. While the transplant saved his life, the disease left him with a supressed immune system.


Since 2008 he has become a dad, gotten a new job, paid off most of his medical bills and rebuilt his credit.

Last week, medical emergency struck again. After going to the doctor because he had a migraine he just couldn't shake, Kyle found out that he had blood pooled on his brain and had to have emergency craniotomy  surgery to relieve the pressure and stop the bleeding. 
During his recovery, Kyle is missing work and losing pay while the medical bills are mounting up around him. 
Please help Kyle so he can
· focus on his health instead of worrying about his finances
· play with his daughter instead of working extra shifts or getting a second job
· live his life with hope in the future instead of dread of facing the past.
