Let's rebuild an elderly's home!

Everyone has suffered and struggled one way or another with the aftermaths of Huricane María. We own a restaurant with young and healthy emoloyees and we are certain time will heal us. But when our most trustworthy, hardworking and honest employee Jesus Medina told us about his situation we were heartbroken.
His eldery mother's home was destroyed by the category 5 hurricane Maria and as any son would do he is taking care of her.  After waiting for FEMA's response, his family received the bad news that the aid was not to be approved due to lack of some documentation that cannot be found. (Quite common in rural areas  with senior citizens and their homes).
There are many people living under his roof, all cramped up.  His goal and our goal is to save enough money to  rebuild and refurnish his mothers home with a cement roof in order to stay safe in case of another hurricane  (God forbid!), thus giving her a better quality of life and some normalcy.
