Kush''s recovery fund

My cat Kush was attacked by a dog in our yard. He's been fighting hard for his life, not to mention fighting as hard as he could at the time. His vet bills are really starting to add up. He's got a laceration on his back leg that took 22 stitches to close up and a drainage tube to let the bad stuff out. He also lost most of his claws in the fight so will most likely be a permanent indoor cat from now on. We went for his checkup and things aren't looking good. His wound has gotten infected and he has to go back in for surgery so they can clean it up more, and get a culture of the bacteria that's infecting his wound. He's a sweet baby that has taken care of his sister cat since he's met her. He loves cuddles with any people. And is a great protector. I just want him to be okay and I'm worried there may be more vet bills to make sure that happens. I'm already out $1800. I had to forgo Christmas presents for my friends and family because of it. I'm just looking to off set any costs and have a bank for any more that will come to light for his recovery. Anything helps and we really appreciate you just reading this. Anything raised over what I spent will be used for future bills in regards to his recovery or donated to help other animals in need.
