KRG + Dégagé: Holiday Fund Drive

Dégagé Ministries is a West Michigan not-for-profit organization that offers help and hope to those experiencing homelessness and numerous other obstacles. This year, The KR Group decided to team up with Dégagé on their 50th anniversary to raise funds for immediate and long-term needs such as overnight respite for women in crisis, food, referral services and hygiene facilities.  For those 400-500 individuals that Dégagé serves daily, many of whom are homeless and low-income, the hardships can be overwhelming—loss of shelter, loss of employment, loss of a loved one, loss of control and loss of opportunity. 

Please consider a donation to help aid Dégagé in their mission to serve those experiencing hardships in the West Michigan community. A small donation can go a long way this Holiday season:

· $10 covers the cost of a new ID
· $20 provides ten hot meals
· $30 accommodates one overnight stay in the Open Door Women’s Center
· $40 assures twenty private showers
· $50 purchases 33 bus tickets to provide transportation for job interviews, applying for housing and medical appointments
· $100 provides fifty job vouchers for our patrons to use for Dégagé services

The KR Group will be matching up to $2,500 in donated funds.
