Michael's ongoing medical expenses

Michael is 38 years old and at the age of 7 was diagnosed w/ Cystic Fibrosis (Cf). We have been married for almost 13 years and have 2 wonderful children. February 2014 Michael started having a lot of digestive issues due to his CF causing problems with his pancreas. Several hospital stays during 2014 and several surgeries in 2014 and so far in 2015 this continues. He has a chronic pancreas and has been out of work since August 2014 on short term and now long term disability. We do have insurance but medical bills still are coming in with our portions. For 2014 we have outstanding bills due in the amount of roughly $4k and already in 2015 we have $3000 more due w/ no end in sight. $5000 is not as much as we need to pay all of these of course w/ those totals above but it would help a lot :) In reality any bit helps, we don't like to ask for help but here we are .... He has to go back to Charleston, SC in March for what willl probably be another surgery to place another stint to replace the existing one he has now but won't know for sure until then. These trips take 7 hours one way and we either stay at the hospital if he ends up being admitted or if not admitted after the procedures we spend $$ on hotel rooms bc of it being so far... We have had 3 people tell us about this site and so here we go... Again we dont expect any large amount of $ from this but it gets his story out there and if it helps then great .... Thank you all for the prayers over the last year and the continued prayers as we continue on this journey to get him better! CF will one day stand for Cure Found...
