I am posting this ad on behalf of my wife Julie Kozal. Julie is a 45 yr old wife and mother of 3 beautiful girls:
Haley 16, Abby 12, and Sarah 13. Julie was diagnosed with acute liver failure and was sent to the U OF M Hospital for transplant evaluation. After a brief stay, she was sent home and told she would be re-evaluated in 3 months. After another set back and trip to the hospital, we were informed that she was to weak to accept a transplant and our case was closed. Her condition has deteriorated and I was informed that a trip to hospice was inevitable. She is currently @ Metron of Cedar Springs in order to be close to our family. We are seeking any help/donations to help offset our increasing medical bills. Because of her condition, I was unable to obtain term life insurance for her. If you are able to help with donations or door prizes for future benefits please do so.
