Raising funds for Kolhapur Flooding Disaster

As salaam alaikum/ Hello,
We are trying to raise as many funds as possible to help those affected by the extreme flooding in Kolhapur.
Many people have lost their home and belongings entirely, including Nazar's parents. There are still many people stranded and the rescue effort is being done mostly by the public themselves making makeshift boats from parts of a rickshaw, due to sparse emergency services.
Many people need our help and the more we can raise the more we can help to save and support these stranded people as well as rebuild their lives.
We have local contacts who have been helping people evacuate from their homes, which have either been totally drowned, or had electricity and clean water supplies cut off.
The money we raise will go to provide drinking water to those with no access, treatment for injuries obtained or illnesses contracted, clothes and sanitation to those who have had to escape without their belongings. Whilst the hope is to recover all that has been lost, the aim for now is to ensure the safety of those in immediate need. Once people have been brought to safety and the rains stop, the clean up attempts shall begin as the water drains away.
