Julie McMahon Encouragement Fund
$10,443 of $1,000 goal
Last Friday Tony filed a motion to change custody. He has been campaigning hard to the Parenting Consultant that I am a crazy, unfit, neglectful mother.
I started my first week as a child therapist and my son (11 in Sept) was home alone for 45 minutes until his sister (14 in July) was home from dance. Tony claimed neglect and endangerment as lied that I was at school all day. I have never taken a day class.
Prayers needed. I am very sad and anxious. I have turned this over to the Lord. I pray the light will overcome the darkness. He is relentless and targeted my jugular....taking away the children any way he can.
As many of you may know, there has been significant pressure brought to bear on Julie to cease posting on public social media.
Therefore, I have been hesitant to say anything. In fact, Julie has been quiet as requested. I have been told by others that she has, once again, been asked to appear in court by her former husband.
She does have significant legal costs and the money raised by this site has been desperately needed and deeply appreciated.
As soon as I hear from Julie, I will update the site. As you can well imagine, I do not want to say anything that could cause the situation to become any worse.
Please join me in prayer for her.
I have disbursed the following to Julie.
$799.17 was withdrawn on February 17, 2015.
$720.59 was withdrawn on February 10, 2015.
$3,094.62 was withdrawn on February 4, 2015.
Also one donor directly sent $2000 to me and that was given to Julie.
If you have any questions about this fund whatsoever, do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for caring about Julie during this particularly hard time.
Thank you all for your generous support. Your kind words of encouragement have blown me away. Virtual angels! I hope to be in a position to return the love and support for another in need in the not too distant future. Thank you for the encouragement. Julie
Darlene has announced that she is going to keep this fund open indefinitely and send donations to Julie weekly. (Julie is facing multiple ongoing court battles with Tony.)
I will be sending each and everyone of you a thank you this week. I plan to keep the fund going for one week and then give the proceeds to Julie.
