Knee arthroscopy so I can dance
Hello World!!
I am Victoria, originally from Bulgaria, but currently living in Portugal.
After many years of a long journeying into myself I found my true being and contribution to this world, that is to share my inborn gifts and empower others to do the same and to not live half-lives.
Now as I also begun finding the right groups of people and the right activities I see that I can live and work what I love that is to dance.
The only problem that stops me of fully comitting this path of the heart is that while I was still in highschool I damaged both of the cartilages of my knees. The left one I healed years ago and is fully recovered now, but the other one is still reminding me everyday of this trauma and it makes me I feel I can not trust myself enough to persue what I love with confidence.
My right knee requires me to do a list of things that require money I do not have:
- an electromagnetic resonance
- arthroscopy:
- Trimming of torn pieces of articular cartilage
- Reconstruction of a torn anterior cruciate ligament
All this will cost me about 3000 Euro but I have a low income at the moment which can not cover this expenses and I have no insurance in my home country since I havent been there for more than 5 years.
My dream is to do art , dance and music therapies, but for this I need my whole body for ultimate expression. With a healthy knee I envision working with people with disabilities, children and whoever needs to remember their original innocence, fundamental self-worth and playfullness.
Please help me have a second chance to live a life that is in resonance with my inner calling.
Much love to all of us and may we follow our hearts instead of our minds and fears.
