Help with Medical Expenses (please)

Over the past year I have been (finally yay!!!) receiving treatment for chronic migraines and headaches that I’ve been dealing with since I was 14 (that’s like 9 years). Unfortunately, my health insurance still doesn’t cover much of the treatment and I’m in a pretty hefty amount of medical debt. I had an MRI in September to make sure I didn’t have a brain tumor (I don’t!!) but it left me with a 975 dollar hospital bill. I see a neurologist every 3 months, the first visit was 370 dollars and the last one was 65. I was able to finally get a treatment plan that’s working but part of the process has been pinpointing underlying factors. One of which for me is chronic allergies and chronic sinus infections, which has sent me to an ENT and an allergist which has billed me 65 for the ENT visit and the preliminary bill for the allergist is 100-250 dollars. 
I need help. Like really badly. I’m falling behind desperately on my medical bills but I need these appointments so I can have a better quality of life. I’m currently in $1500 in debt and I just can’t pay it. I’m paying 25/month on the bills I can but I work 20 hours a week to pay rent and bills and it’s just not enough. Anything helps
