UDC Trip to Chicago - Klutch Mode

Earlier this year, Tim, Will, and I wanted to start a semi-pro dodgeball team. We had been playing dodgeball together at Faith Community Church for around 7 years but had not done much competitive dodgeball. We knew that we had the talent to play well against real competition, but we just needed a team of dodgeballers who were as passionate and friendly as we were.
We started the process by creating a group of talented dodgeballers that we had met on our dodgeball journeys and decided to call the team "Klutch Mode." We knew that Klutch Mode had the talent to win games, but had some obstacles. Our biggest struggle was and still is getting together to practice and build chemistry because we have a collection of players from Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia. We are building to get to a level of chemistry where we just "click."
Even though we lost a lot in our first tournament in April, we used it as a learning experience about competitive dodgeball and built a lot of chemistry. So much, that 2 months later in our second Elite semi-pro tournament we finished in 3rd place out of 17 teams. We used our momentum from that in Levittown, PA to qualify for UDC in Chicago. We had to finish in the Top 2 out of 16 teams, and we did so by playing as hard and smart as we could. Sky Zone awarded us $250 that was used to register for our next Elite Dodgeball Tournament and $1,000 for our travel to Chicago for UDC.
The Ultimate Dodgeball Championship (UDC) is hosted by Sky Zone in Chicago and will take place from August 3 to August 6, and we need your help to get there. We've done hours of research looking for deals and are asking for an additional $900 for our trip. Here is the breakdown of the cost:
Round-Trip Flights for 6: $1,100
Rental Car to get around: $240
Hotel: $360
Sky Zone Jerseys: $200
We would like to have the money by the end of the month if possible, so that the cost of the everything doesn't go up too much from this point. If you donate to our team, we will remember to include you next season when we purchase our 2018 Jerseys, so that you can purchase your own Klutch Mode customized jersey (name, number, and size).
