Kks Cancer Fundraiser

Hi everyone I am Kk's mom . I am sitting here trying to figure out how to write out how I feel about our families cancer scare. When kk was 7 1/2 months pregnant with Avyen she felt a lump on the side of her throat. She immediately went to her doctor and started her journey that day. She then was told she had thyroid papillary cancer. We as a family were devestated. Kk though had this amazing attitude that I had no idea existed. It was then that I knew she was a fighter. She also had a baby to think about. Avyen was born on May 19th and he was a perfectly healthy baby boy. It was bitter sweet because now her cancer was front and center. 1 week later she went into surgery and had her thyroid removed along with 2 lymph nodes. She remained in the hospital for 3 days along with a week old baby to care for. We as a family came together for her. Cousins ,sister brother uncles aunts and grandmother along with mom and dad. She is now waiting on her radiation therapy and it will soon be a family affair once again. This time we are asking you to please help us in a way so she will not have to think about the monetary aspect of her journey but the healing part  that she is so great at doing. The money will be going to her hospital and radiation along with doctor expenses. If this does not speak to your heart in giving to her cause we will be having a chicken take out on Sept 28th at central park  for 12.00.
