Kismet ~ Burned By Fire

Kismet ~ Burned By Fire
Baby Kismet ("Kizzy" for short) has been hospitalized since her release to us from the Oklahoma City shelter.
Initially, shelter staff thought these were chemical burns, but this baby was burned by FIRE.
Her right ear is burnt off... the enormous burn on her body is full thickness; nearly to the bone.... even her lil' whiskers are singed down.
We've no idea how long Kizzy will remain hospitalized but we must have funding in place.... between healing the wounds and keeping infection / sepsis at bay - this recovery will take months.
Poor little angel - just 2 months old.... doesn't even know real love yet - but she sure does know pain.
No more, little one ~ you are safe....
While still hospitalized (going on a week now already) - Kizzy IS healing, but WE MUST HAVE FULL FUNDING IN PLACE to cover her expenses.
Since we cannot yet know for certain, the full extent of Kizzy's overall condition or expenses that lie ahead with her complete medical plan, we ask that you just step up and do whatever you are able to assist with the ongoing care and treatment of this baby girl.
We will amend our funding goal for Kismet as we move forward and share updates with all available information.
The little bits will add up - if we all do our part for this sweet girl - but we MUST DO IT QUICKLY!
Please contribute & share far and wide for the necessary funding support for Kismet.
As always, we appreciate each and every one of you for your never-ending love and support in aiding our mission to "help heal the homeless"! ♥
