Kipper needs emergency eye surgery

For anyone who is reading this, I am reaching out to you because my sweet dog Kipper needs eye surgery (bilateral enucleation). At this point, I cannot finanically afford the surgery and my only option is to ask for help. My pet insurance will not cover any of the cost- it only provides $1000 per year per condition and that money has already been depleted for her eyes.
Kipper went blind due to diabetes 6 months ago. Ever since then she has had continuous eye infections. The constant inflammation in her eyes has lead to a build up of pressure, where she now has something called iris bombe, where the pressure is pushing her iris outward, until eventually her eyes will burst. She is on medications to try to decrease the pressure but sadly it's not working. She's also on antibiotics and steroids to try to decrease the inflammation, but they are not helping either. This is why she needs immediate eye surgery.
My family has already spent over $3,500 on Kipper's eyes - from all the different eye tests performed to all of the medications that were a possibility of helping Kipper. And because of this, we now can't afford the surgery. To make matters worse, the surgery is more expensive than normal because my local vet cannot perform the surgery as Kipper is considered a high risk. As a result, an Ophthalmologist must perform the surgery, which is an even greater cost.
Kipper is my best friend. She is such an incredible dog with the most amazing personality. She is 11 years old but still acts like a puppy. During these last 6 months, Kipper has continued to amaze me as to how much strength and determination she has. Every day she has woken up wagging her tail, ready for another day. Because of this, she's not the one giving up. I feel that I would be the one giving up if I don't provide her with this surgery.
Please help make a Christmas miracle happen. Kipper, myself, and my entire family would be forever grateful. Anything at all would be extremely helpful - even $1 would be a closer step towards helping Kipper get the surgery she needs.
