For Kadie... Paying It Forward

Please join us in our 3rd year of helping those families and their pets in emergency need on Christmas Day.



The year 2016 was a difficult one. We lost our beloved Scottish Terrier, Kadie (pictures above) to cancer. On Christmas Morning of that year, I awoke thinking of the families that would be struggling to either help their pets in an emergency situation, or to, unfortunately, say goodbye, on Christmas Day. Unthinkable.

I wanted to help to ease their pain and burden, as others had done for us as our Scottish Terrier, Kadie, fought her battle with cancer. That began the “Kindness for Kadie” campaign to help other families during the holidays. 


With your assistance over the past 2 years,  we have helped to eliminate the financial burdens of many families at the Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on Christmas Day, and have given numerous families spending the day in the waiting room comforting snacks as they awaited their pets recovery from emergency needs. 

We have set our goal even higher this year. We welcome, and are very grateful, for any donation you can make to help us to ease a family's unexpected burden for their beloved pets on Christmas Day. 

Help us spread the enormous kindness that was shown to us as we continue to honor the amazing life of our Kadie through these acts of  kindness. We are very grateful.
