Kim's Valiant Battle

On a night out in Chicago, Kim had a really bad allergic reaction that lead to anaphylaxis and then cardiac arrest. The paramedics performed CPR on her a couple of times, and also had to be resuscitated, and she ended up having a broken rib and a punctured lung when she got to the hospital where she was put in the ICU and put in an induced coma to let her body heal. They ran CT scans, MRI's, and an EEG (Electroencephalogram) test to test for brain activity, but unfortunately there is none, and there is nothing anyone can do to help our girl. They are trying to get her as comfortable as they can and have her family spend as much time with her as they can. 

We are asking for donations for medical expenses, and as much as it hurts for me to say and even think about it, her funeral. She fought so hard for her life but unfortunately, at 1:30 PM today (May 25th), the doctor has declared her passing.

Kim was an amazing, happy individual. She was the life of the party, the sweetest friend. She is loved by everyone around her, and it seems like life was better with her in it. She loved her family, as well as her friends so much, and we are all devastated by the loss of an amazing daughter/sister/friend. She is someone nobody will ever forget.
