Kidney Disease SUCKS!!!!

Donation protected
Hi there.
My name is Erica and I've created a GoFundMe account on behalf of a very close friend of mine - Danielle and her husband Shannon. Danielle is Office Manager of a Property Management company, who I am her Assistant for located in Caboolture QLD.
Danielle works her ass off and is a wonderful mother to 3 gorgeous children - Jessica, Lachlan and Katelyn.
Shannon who is a Type 1 Diabetic was diagnosed with Kidney Disease less than 12 months ago at the ripe age of 36. Shannon has worked Full Time his whole life, and is a dedicated Father and husband to his family.
At the original routine hospital appointment they were told he would be looking at between 10 and 15 years before dialysis would be required. This appointment was well under 12 months ago.
Fast forward to 3 months later, a follow up appointment for more tests revealed it would be brought forward to 5 years due to deterioration of his Kidneys.
Another few months went by and more tests revealed less then 12 months.
The latest hospital appointment just last week 31.8.17, doctors advised he is now looking to be put on dialysis within the next 3 months.  His appointment Tuesday 5.9.17 doctors in the Endocrine Unit at Caboolture Hospital told him he needs to give up work immediately.
They advised staff from the Westmead Hospital in Sydney would be in contact as his case is considered life threatening and severe as he needs a double transplant on Kidneys and Pancreas.
Westmead Hospital have already phoned Shannon and given his severe symptoms increasing daily, extreme fatigue, vomiting, nausea, loss of appetite, huge leg swelling, loss of feeling in legs below the knees itching nerve problems throughout body they are trying hard to get him in before dialysis even begins - which would be an ultimate blessing to his family to save a lengthy time on dialysis.
This means somehow, with Danielle being the sole income provider for 3 children, cost of living expenses leaves no funds to be put towards travel costs, any accomodation required while Shannon is no longer working and needing care while transplant takes place. Estimated time off work 3-6 months required, loss of income is a huge concern for them.

This news has come as a complete shock to them and all closest to them, at the rapid rate Shannon's health is deteriorating - we are all concerned it will soon be a fight for him to survive.
Centrelink are unable to give any financial assistance to them due to Danielle still working at this stage even though they will have no income for the 6 week period that they are required to be in Sydney for the transplants. Without some financial assistance Shannon may not get the transplants he needs. If you are in doubt of the sincerity of this feel feee to contact Danielle's mum or dad.
I have decided to start a Go Fund Me page for Shannon, and to hopefully send some financial assistance to a hard working genuine family who have done so much for others around them and that help out our community even on their days off - it'd be a true blessing to give back and pay it forward.. sending good Karma vibes.
The goal is set at $15000, this amount is roughly Shannon's loss of income while they are in Sydney  and some travel expenses  also so Danielle can be there for her husband during this time.
If everyone could donate no matter how great or small, even $1 for every person, I know personally, it would be a tremendous help and greatly appreciated from myself and Danielle and Shannon and their family.
