Kicking Cancer with Keith Looney

Keith, a hard working family man with a wife and two younger children, was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in March after suffering for many months with pain and other symptoms that were misdiagnosed as related to scar tissue from a prior surgery to correct injuries from an accident.  Keith is currently undergoing chemo and radiation and will soon have surgery to remove the tumors.  Keith has continued to work during this time despite the symptoms of the cancer as well as the treatments.  What Keith needs is time to recover from the chemo and radiation and to allow his body to heal but is unable to as he struggles to go to work everyday as a house painter. To compound the current challenge, the family is trying to find a new rental as the Forestville house they have lived in for the past 8 years is being sold and we all know the scarcity and high price of rentals in Sonoma County.   We are hoping to raise enough money to allow  Keith to take the time off that he needs now and will have to take once he has the surgery in June.  The family will also need assistance with a first and last payment for a new rental and would appreciate any leads on a rental property.
