Brandie's Battle with Cancer

As many of you know, my younger sister, Brandie Marie, has recently been diagnosed with a severe form of ovarian cancer.

After she experienced much pain, she went in to the doctor to find out the cause, and was devastated to learn that she has cancer. It started as a tumor on one of her ovaries, and has since progressed.

A few days ago, we found out that the tumor metastasized, meaning that it has started to spread. It is now on both ovaries and has started its spread to the rest of her body.

Brandie starts chemo treatments next week, and if all goes well, they plan to do surgery by the first of April to remove the tumor (and both ovaries, which will set her into menopause since she had a hysterectomy).

If you know my sister, you are aware that she is one of the most loving and kind individuals that you will ever meet. In her 23 years on this earth so far, she has also been through more than any person should ever have to experience.

As she has started to become more sickly, she has needed to relinquish her businesses. This means that steep medical bills are a stressful and overwhelming evil. Cancer is proving to not only be devastating emotionally and physically, but financially as well.

My sister has been a shining light to help anyone that has needed it, but she desperately needs your love, help, and support now.
